My first attempt at rendering a 3D environment from the ground up (passing hard-coded vertices and textures through the OpenGL pipeline). I wrote it in Objective-C to run on OS X. The demo features a very simple environment with split-screen functionality. After much trial and error I was also able to incorporate gamepad / joystick recognition for the second player. This project helped me get familiar with basic shader language. I do not have a playable demo available but there is a video demonstrating the features below.
